The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State. The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of the selection process. It will be conducted after qualifying the online main examination but before joining the Bank. Candidates who fail to qualify the language test will not be offered an appointment.
Preliminary Examination: To be conducted in February/March 2020.
Main Examination: To be conducted on 19 April 2020.

Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidate's age must be between 20 years(Lower limit) and 28 years(Upper limit).
Relaxation for upper age limit is as follows:
- SC/ST - 5 years
- OBC - 3 years
- PWD(GEN/EWS) - 10 years
- PWD(SC/ST) - 15 years
- PWD(OBC) - 13 years
- SC/ST/PWD - No application fees
- GEN/OBC/EWS - RS 750/-

Academic Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government.
Those who are in the final year/semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 01.01.2020.
Preliminary Examination: 100 objective type questions in 1 hour.
Paper will comprise of English language-based questions, numerical ability, and reasoning ability.
Overall marks distribution is given below:
Main Examination: This paper will contain questions on General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning, and computer aptitude.

Test for local language: Candidates who clear both the exams have to pass local language test. Those who qualify and produce the 10th/12th mark sheet do not have to give the language test.
